My Christmas Tree

Hello, Dear Ones! I'm getting my Christmas on now so today I'll show you my Christmas tree in the living room. usually put up my main tree and a couple of smaller trees but not this year. Just this one...

We use a 9 feet tall artificial tree in here. We have very high ceilings so once the tree is up it stands about 10 feet tall because of the strand.

I got all smarty pants this year and decided I only wanted to use red, green and gold balls - so I did. I had quite a few tubs of other lovely ornaments but there they stayed - in their tubs!
Here's my tree all shiny and bright in the evening.

Be a bunch of sweeties,                                                                                                                       Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~

O, Christmas Tree

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree
How lovely are thy branches!
O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree
How lovely are thy branches!
Your boughs so green in summertime,
Stay bravely green in wintertime.
O tannenbaum, O Christmas Tree
How lovely are thy branches!
Let us all remember in our gift giving and merriment
With our family and friends and loved ones
The real and true meaning of Christmas.
The birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
O tannenbaum, o tannenbaum
How lovely are they branches!
O tannenbaum, o tannenbaum
How lovely are, how lovely are thy branches.
The pillars all please faithfully
Our trust in God unchangedly,
O tannenbaum, o tannenbaum,
How lovely are thy branches.
On Comet, on Cupid, on Donder and Blitzen!
~ sung by us all

  1. Beautiful tree. I'd have to have a 6 foot ladder to decorate it! Love the red/green/gold color theme. so pretty! Happy week, Shelia.
