Falling on the Dining Room Table

Hello, Dear Ones and welcome back into my dining room!

Today I want to share with you what I've done to my table top!
I got up on my step stool just for you to take this snap! I found this pretty crocheted runner at a thrift shop many years ago and use it constantly.

Here you can see what I did. It's kinda full but I like it! Flowers, leaves, pun'kins and candles! All the makings for a dining room fire - don't cha think? :)
I took my pretty large cut glass rose bowl and poked it full of Fall flowers for the very center.
On each side I placed these cute white glass cut pun'kins which light up and next to that I placed a glass candlestick with a candle that smells so good on top of that. A cute little Fall pick with a pun'kin was placed on the very ends on both sides.
Here is the other end almost it's reverse twin!

But one of the neatest things is the leaf garland that I have wrapped around the entire area - lights up! Oh how pretty this is at night and I'm hoping my future dinner guests will think I'm an awesome tablescape decorator! :) I bought the lit garland at Hobby Lobby this year! Yay me!

Hope you've enjoyed seeing my little dining room table all ready for Fall and you!

As always, be a sweetie,                                                                                                                        Shelia :)

I'll leave you with a little Note Song ~

The Table

I will feast at the table of the Lord
I will feast at the table of the Lord
I won't hunger anymore
At His table
I will feast at the table of the Lord
I will feast at the table of the Lord
I won't hunger anymore
At His table
Come all you weary; come and find
His yoke is easy; His burden light
He is able; He will restore
At the table of the Lord
There is peace at the table of the Lord
There is peace at the table of the Lord
I won't worry anymore
At His table
There is healing at the table of the Lord
There is healing at the table of the Lord
I won't suffer anymore
At His table
Come all you weary; come and find
His yoke is easy; His burden light
He is able; He will restore
At the table of the Lord
I know He has a place for me
Oh, what joy will fill my heart
With the saints around the mercy seat of God
Come all you weary; come and find
His yoke is easy; his burden light
He is able; He will restore
At the table of the Lord
At the table of the Lord
I'm invited to the table of the Lord
I'm invited to the table of the Lord
He says, "Come just as you are"
To His table

  2. Oh, Sheila, it is so pretty. Just the right amount of fall for the table. I bet it does look so beautiful at night. I am going to have to cut myself loose and start shopping again! I am finding that I am not liking some of the stuff that I order over the internet. It is hard to tell exactly what they look like until you get them..Happy Tuesday..xxoJudy
